Gallery Z, which has enjoyed its current location in the heart of historic Federal Hill for the past twenty years, will be embarking on another new chapter of presenting and offering Fine Art in 2021. Due to a confluence of changing circumstances, including a COVID-19 related change in retail walk-in patterns and the upcoming sale of the building by the landlord, the beloved Scialo Bakery, est. 1916, Gallery Z director Berge Zobian has chosen to relocate and reformat the gallery in January 2021.

At GALLERY Z – Affordable Original Art Works Priced to Sell opens Thurs., Nov. 12, 2020. Opening Reception Thursday, Nov. 19th, 5-9PM. (Covid requirements apply: mask wearing, hand sanitizing and 6’ distancing from others; no symptoms of illness, no recent exposure to those with or suspected of Covid.)
Gallery Z’s year-end exhibit of 2020 offers a diverse selection of art specifically chosen to make the “art” of gift-giving affordable. As a work of original art constitutes a unique one-of-a-kind item, consider delighting your favored recipients with a special holiday gift of fine art or handicraft, personally chosen by you. Works are available from amongst Gallery Z’s stable of over 400 established fine artists, many local, many famous. High quality original paintings, drawings, photography, and more, in a range of sizes, genres, mediums and subjects, are on display - still lifes, landscapes, waterscapes, cityscapes, abstracts, figuratives. Stocking stuffers and mini-treasures abound - intricate handmade fine jewelry, hand painted Armenian and Greek bowls and platters, decorative textiles.
