Michael Sherman was born on January 13, 1981 in Ohio, and is a 2003 graduate of the Illustration Department from the Rhode Island School of Design. He spent his senior year abroad in Rome, Italy, and the following year, did his residency in Germany. Since then, he has been traveling extensively, selling his paintings around the world. The winner of countless awards, his paintings display a smart sense of depth and spirituality. Michael currently resides in New York City.
